TheCancerLens

We launched TheCancerLens.org site and interactive promotions for the American Cancer Society’s 2009 Disparities Conference HEALTH EQUITY: Through The Cancer Lens.

In addition to logo and branding design, the new site features some cool custom sidebar WP widgets and a custom Poster registration system. The sidebar widgets enable site admins to easily create either links or slide revealing sidebar content. The poster registration plugin is one of our custom WordPress creations that allows visitors to complete a registration form and submit document files. Admins can view submissions, download files, export submission data to a CSV file, and setup a submission confirmation email via user-friendly admin pages. We plan on releasing the doc submission system as a premium WP plugin soon.

We also have done some neat promotional stuff. Partner relationships are enhanced by providing Partner brandable copies of pre-conference promotional emails. And we developed trackable banner ads which are delivered to Partners for placement on their sites. This adds another dimension of tracking and measurement to the partnerships so our client can gauge the effectiveness of these initiatives more accurately.
